- If you receive a product with any quality issues, shipping errors, or incorrect sizing, please contact our customer service department within 7 days of receiving the product and provide photos. We will arrange for an exchange.
- The exchanged product must be unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags and packaging attached.
- Exchanges are only allowed for a different size of the same product, and the price difference (if any) must be paid. Refunds are not accepted.
- Please contact the store +852 5542 7877 or inquire about product availability via WhatsApp +852 5112 1430 before proceeding with an exchange. Customers can choose to pay for shipping or visit the store in person to exchange the product.
Exchange Shipping Fee
- If a product is defective or there was a shipping error, ESG School HK will cover the shipping fee.
- If the exchange is due to incorrect sizing, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fee.
- We are not responsible for any delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
- We only accept exchanges for normal-sized products.
- We do not accept exchange or return requests for washed products.
- Exchange or return may not be possible for products on sale or promotion. Please carefully read the rules and notes on the product page before purchasing.
- Please contact our customer service department before exchanging a product. Unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
